Why not fill in the prices for you?

Because there is no single correct price for a service. Subscribing through the App Store on an iPhone usually costs more than the website; carrier bundles, student plans and family plans are all different again. Rather than give you a default that might be wrong, we ask you to copy what is on your bill — that is what you actually pay.
