The common questions, grouped by what went wrong. If none of them fits, email us — the developer reads the mail personally.
Plenty of pages only say “7-day free trial” without printing an actual date, or put the date inside an image. When that happens, type the expiry date into the field yourself — everything else works exactly the same.
Because the page usually does not say which day the trial started, so “counting from today” is only an assumption. Filling in a possibly-wrong date is more dangerous than asking you to confirm, because you would believe it was set correctly. So the calculated result is shown, but it only enters the field when you press “Use this”.
Browser alarms do not fire while the computer is asleep; they are caught up after you wake it, so a reminder can be late. If several are overdue at once, they are merged into a single notification after you log back in rather than firing one after another.
For reminders that must be on time, add the LINE bot as a friend. LINE push does not depend on your computer being on, so it reaches you when you are away from it. Creating the Google Calendar event works too.
There is no limit, on the free tier either. What paying buys is the reminder timings and the advanced features, not the quantity. See Plans and pricing.
There is nothing to cancel. The paid tier is a one-time purchase, not a subscription — there is no second charge and no expiry date. You do not have to do anything to avoid a further charge, because there is not one.
Full refund within 30 days of purchase, no reason required. See the Refund Policy.
Press “Clear all data” on the extension's settings page and every reminder and schedule is deleted at once. This cannot be undone. Removing the extension makes the browser delete it too.
No. It reads no input fields and no forms; even the last four digits written in ordinary text are masked before anything is analysed, and the masking cannot be reversed. See the Privacy Policy.
No. Only at the moment you click the icon, and only the tab you are on.
Email us directly — the developer reads it personally and we reply as soon as we can.
Including these makes it quicker: whether you use the extension or LINE, the name of the service involved, and what you expected versus what happened. For anything payment-related, include the order number.
