This service has no cancellation URL you can open directly
Cancelling has to be done in the settings after signing in. There is no point looking for a cancel link on the website — it does not exist. The official steps are below.
Cancelling does not cut you off immediately. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, so if you have decided not to renew you can cancel straight away without losing anything.
Work out who is actually charging you first. Canva can bill through Canva itself, Google, Apple or PayPal, and cancellation has to happen where you signed up. Check the name on your receipt or card statement.
If you are not sure about leaving, you can pause. Canva Pro can be paused for up to 3 months with no charge, then resumes automatically after an email reminder. Usually better than cancelling and signing up again.
Paid features run to the end of the current period, then the account becomes free — and every design you have made is kept.
