Cancelling does not cut you off immediately. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, so if you have decided not to renew you can cancel straight away without losing anything.
Discounted plans are the exception. The 360-day 25%-off plan, for example (NT$149 every 30 days instead of NT$199), charges back the NT$50 discount per period if you leave early. Do the maths before deciding.
Subscriptions bought in-app with an Apple or Google account have to be cancelled where you signed up.
Auto-renewing plans have no lock-in and can be cancelled online at any time, with no penalty.
Prepaid day-pass plans do not need cancelling; they end when the days run out.
