Cancelling does not cut you off immediately. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, so if you have decided not to renew you can cancel straight away without losing anything.
Cable TV customers cannot cancel here. Those subscriptions are tied to the set-top box — call the set-top box provider's support line.
Subscriptions bought in-app with an Apple or Google account have to be cancelled where you signed up.
Anything paid by Taiwan Mobile carrier billing, credit card, stored value or LINE Pay can be cancelled yourself on the website.
